Who Am I?

Graduate of the two-year San Francisco Gestalt Institute training program and have over twenty years of psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Bioenergetic consultation-training—a three-year Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a Transpersonal Specialization from John F. Kennedy University.

Trained in EMDR by its founder, Francine Shapiro, in 1993. I have been an EMDRIA EMDR Consultant for close to two decades. Assisted Dr Leeds in training other therapists, EMDR. It is a powerful tool for healing, especially for pain that feels unhealable.

I have trained in many modalities over the years and continue my training. The psychotherapy field continues to change and evolve, and I grow with it.

I am well-trained, highly intuitive, and compassionate. I know that you can heal from the worst trauma because I did. I know it is healable.

I am in Ventura, CA. I offer teletherapy, but I can do so much more in person.
